I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I called them first for tires that they did not have on stock but Walmart did. Not being in a position to wait for them to order the tires I picked them up at Walmart same day. Instead of paying Walmart $18/ tire to install them I brought the new tires and my old tires in to United tire (easier for them if they don't have to jack up my car and remove them right?) So that I could at least give my tire shop some business in mounting and balancing them. They charged me $60 each tire plus tax to mount and balance them. I thought she was referring to all 4 when I dropped them off and was appalled when they charged me over $250 for 4 tires. That is almost what I paid for all 4 new tires. Give your money to Walmart! They have more aloha and customer appreciation than this shameful buisness. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer of 15 years. What should have been ~$100, they charged $251. I hope you like the extra $150 you got out of me because it is the last cent I or anyone I would have referred to you, will be paying you.

Great service! Went to buy a new tire because mine was leaking. They told me it was an easy fix so they fixed it and it was way cheaper than buying a new tire. Honest people and great work!

Needed a flat tire repaired (performance tire) and United Tire Maui was the only one willing to assess it (walk-in customer) and do the repair. Will definitely be back for future tire repairs.

They were fast, communicative, collaborative, honest and fair when I got a flat tire on the side of the road. Was originally going to go to Costco to change all my tires but after this great experience with United, i will be coming back to United instead! Thank you for all your help!
